Regression in 6.0.3

SPR# JCHN5VVQ2V - Fixed a problem where the convert process tries to set the 'Do not mark modified documents as read' property on the destination database, even if access is less than Manager. This regression was introduced in 6.0.3.

If the convert process is run from the client machine after an upgrade from R5 to N/D6 and the user
has less than Manager access to their mail file, now the conversion will not fail.

This was happening because starting in 6.03/6.5 if the template being used to replace the design
with had the 'Do not mark modified documents as unread' property set and the database did not,
we attempted to update the setting on the database (for the follow-up functionality to work properly).
However, Manager access is needed to the database to perform this operation.

If the convert process is run from the server or if the user has Manager access to their mail file, this
should not be an issue. In the case where the convert process is run from the client machine AND
the user has less than Manager access to their mail file, we will now not report an error when setting this option fails, but this will cause all documents modified by follow-up to be marked unread. To prevent
this, Administrators should set this property on the mail files before the convert process is run on them.
